John L. Tobin has been assisting a co-housing group in greater Boston for the last several years in creating its vision of a co-housing community. They are building 30 units of housing in Malden, MA. A ceremonial ground breaking took place on February 13, 2020 and the foundation is now being laid. The project has received an architectural award. He has also been retained by another co-housing group, Cornerstone Village Co-Housing in Cambridge, to assist them with their legal needs.
